Visa-Clearance.com is a private online visa application assistance service. We help travelers prepare and submit visa applications, travel authorizations (such as ESTA for the United States), and related travel documents to the appropriate government authorities.

Important: Visa-Clearance.com is not a government agency and is not affiliated with any government. We are a commercial service that charges a service fee in addition to any government fees for the convenience of preparing, reviewing, and submitting your application on your behalf. You may apply directly through the relevant government website at no service fee.

3. User Eligibility and Account

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the application process.

4. Service Process

Our service operates as follows:

  • Application Submission: You provide us with the required personal information, travel documents (passport photo, selfie), and application details through our online forms.
  • Expert Review: Our team reviews your application for completeness and accuracy before submission to the relevant government authority.
  • Government Submission: We submit your application to the appropriate government authority on your behalf.
  • Delivery: Once your visa or travel authorization is approved by the government, we deliver the approved document to you via email.

5. Fees and Payment

Our fees consist of a service fee charged by Visa-Clearance.com and, where applicable, the government fee charged by the issuing authority. All fees are displayed clearly before you confirm your order.

  • Payment is due at the time of application submission.
  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
  • Prices are listed in the currency displayed at checkout and include all applicable taxes.
  • By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the total amount displayed.

6. User Obligations

By using our Service, you agree to:

  • Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information in your visa application
  • Upload genuine and unaltered passport photographs and selfies
  • Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Not submit applications using fraudulent or stolen identity documents
  • Not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the integrity of the Service
  • Not use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations of your country of residence and destination country

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. Visa-Clearance.com is not liable for application rejections or delays caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.

7. No Guarantee of Approval

Visa-Clearance.com does not and cannot guarantee the approval of any visa or travel authorization application. The decision to approve or deny a visa application rests solely with the relevant government authority. We are not responsible for government decisions, processing delays, or changes in visa requirements.

We will make reasonable efforts to prepare your application accurately and submit it promptly, but we cannot control or predict the outcome of your application.

8. Processing Times

Processing times provided on our website are estimates based on typical government processing periods and are not guaranteed. Actual processing times may vary due to factors outside our control, including government workload, holidays, system outages, and additional review requirements.

Visa-Clearance.com shall not be responsible for processing delays attributable to government authorities or other third parties.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Visa-Clearance.com website, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of Visa-Clearance.com or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from our website without our prior written consent.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VISA-CLEARANCE.COM AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM CHANGES IN TRAVEL PLANS, MISSED FLIGHTS, DENIED BOARDING, OR OTHER CONSEQUENCES RESULTING FROM VISA APPLICATION OUTCOMES, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH OUTCOMES WERE CAUSED BY OUR ACTIONS OR INACTIONS.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Visa-Clearance.com and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

You may stop using the Service at any time. If you have a pending application, please contact us to discuss your options.

Sections regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law shall survive any termination.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in the Netherlands.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Visa-Clearance.com regarding the use of the Service.
