Refund Policy

1. Overview
This Refund Policy describes when and how you may receive a refund for services purchased through Visa-Clearance.com (“Visa-Clearance,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). Refund eligibility depends on the stage of your application at the time of your refund request.
Our service fee covers the preparation, review, and submission of your visa application. Because our service involves progressive work on your behalf, the refund amount depends on how much of this work has been completed.
2. eVisa and Travel Authorization Applications
Refund eligibility for electronic visa and travel authorization applications (including US ESTA) is based on the current status of your application:

| Completed — Visa approved and delivered, or rejected by government | No refund |
Government fees are non-refundable once the application has been submitted to the government authority. If your application is cancelled before government submission, any government fees that have not yet been remitted will be refunded.
3. Government Rejection
If your visa or travel authorization is rejected by the government authority, no refund of the service fee or government fee is available. The rejection of an application is a government decision outside our control, and our service (preparing and submitting your application) has been fully delivered at that point.
However, if the rejection is caused by an error on our part (such as submitting incorrect information that you provided correctly to us), we will either:
- Re-submit your application at no additional service fee, or
- Provide a full refund of the service fee
4. Duplicate Applications
If you accidentally submit a duplicate application for the same traveler and destination, we will cancel the duplicate and issue a full refund for the duplicate order, provided the duplicate has not already been submitted to the government.
5. Incomplete Applications
If you start an application but do not complete all required steps (such as uploading documents or completing the questionnaire) within 30 days, we may cancel the application. In this case:
- If no work has been started on your application: 100% refund
- If review work has begun: 75% refund of the service fee
Applications that remain inactive for more than 90 days will be automatically cancelled with no refund.

When requesting a refund, please include:
- Your order number or the email address used for the application
- The reason for your refund request
- The traveler name associated with the application
7. Refund Processing Time
Once your refund request is approved:
- Refunds are processed within 3 business days
- It may take an additional 5–14 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout
8. Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in the following cases:
- Fraudulent or abusive refund requests
- Applications where the applicant provided false or misleading information
- Requests made more than 90 days after the original payment
- Cases where the service has been fully delivered (application submitted and processed by government)
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that transaction.
